American Idol

So everyone should know that tonight is the first night of American Idol season 8! I love American Idol and cant wait to watch the show! ALTHOUGH! I am still a bit bitter they didn't choose me or Beth to be on their show... Yup that's right , me and my older sister Beth tried out for season 8 during the summer... Let me just tell you that show is totally rigged! They do find lots of good singers and as we know , lots of bad ones too.. You don't first sing for Randy, Paula, and Simon.. You have to sing in front of like three different producers before you get to the real judges.. Well there were thousands of people there (it seemed) I pretty much knew I didn't have a chance, but it was still fun.. I saw a lot of really good singers walk away and a lot of really good singers make it! I also could pick out , just by someones look, if they were going to make it through or not, and guess what? I picked right most the time.. Sometimes we would see really weird dressed up people and we just knew they were gonna go through. Also while I was trying out I remember hearing this other kid next to me singing to some other producers, and he was singing a Josh Groban song, and I remember how beautiful his voice was. It was better than Josh Groban himself I'm not even joking.. Well he didn't even make it past the first producers. I was so surprised.
Now think about the really bad singers you see on American Idol, and your sitting there wondering why they think they are so good when they clearly suck... Well its because tryouts are a very long process, and you watch good person after good person not make it through, and then you make it through.. Of course your gonna think your good. How rude of the producers to make someone go through all that just to be torn down by the judges.. hm anyways.. I love watching it, its good entertainment. So enjoy.!
